Aquaria Kuala Lumpur is located under the Convention Center building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and is considered one of the most attractive tourist attractions in Malaysia for visitors.
The aquarium was opened in 2005, to house more than 250 species, and more than 5,000 local and international wild and aquatic animals.
The aquarium covers an area of 5,600 square meters and consists of two floors, a 90-meter underwater tunnel, and interactive activity kiosks.
The basin also includes some shops within a market of approximately 500 square meters, and a number of other facilities.
The aquarium is unique in its presentation, as visiting it is like a journey across land to a deep sea reef.
